Yes — we deliver anywhere in India. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days from dispatch, and shipping is free on orders above INR 7000. No — all sales are final, and customised or personalised pieces especially so. The one exception is damage in transit: record a video as you open the parcel, contact us straight away, and we will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement, repair or store credit. The exact steps are in our Return & Exchange policy.

Jadau is the traditional technique of setting uncut stones into gold by hand, without prongs — the metal itself holds the stone. Kundan refers to the refined gold foil used in that setting. Every jadau piece we sell is set by hand, which is why no two are ever quite identical.

Our 92.5 silver jewellery is sterling silver — 92.5% pure. If you would like the specifics for a particular piece, ask us and we will confirm before you order.

Keep it away from perfume, water and humidity, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece in its own pouch so stones do not rub against each other. There is more in our Jewellery Care guide.
