Customers are requested to carefully review their product selection, quantity, size, shipping address, and other order details before completing the purchase.

If Vrudev Jewels is unable to fulfil an order and cancels it, any amount received for that order will be refunded.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, all confirmed purchases are final.

Vrudev Jewels does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for reasons including:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect size or product selected by the customer

• Products no longer required

• Reasonable variations in colour, finish, texture, stone appearance, or handcrafted detailing

Exceptions may apply where a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or different from the product ordered.

Such concerns must be reported in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customised, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, or specially ordered jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required under applicable law.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on factors including product availability, destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

Vrudev Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly upon delivery.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should notify Vrudev Jewels within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the requested photographs, videos, packaging, invoice, certificates, or other supporting information.

Claims will be reviewed before any replacement or other remedy is approved.

12. Jewellery Care

Jewellery requires appropriate care and handling.

Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, sprays, moisture, heat, hard surfaces, or improper storage may affect the appearance or lifespan of a product.

Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow recommended care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
