Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Vrudev Jewels. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders, what to expect for domestic and international shipments, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. During sale periods or holidays processing may take longer.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Delivery times (estimate)
Within India: Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. (This is an estimate — urban deliveries are often faster; remote areas may take longer.)
Shopify
International (outside India): Due to precious metal-92.5 silver, All the silver products are unavailable to ship outside India. Delivery typically takes 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch (subject to customs clearance and the destination country’s postal service).

3. Shipping charges & options
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and chosen service level. We offer standard tracked shipping by default.
Expedited/Express shipping (faster delivery, higher cost) is available at checkout for domestic and certain international destinations — select this option if you need faster delivery.
4. Packaging & security
Jewelry is packed discreetly in plain outer packaging (no indication of valuable contents) and in secure inner packaging to prevent damage. Discreet packaging helps deter theft and protect your privacy.
5. Tracking & signature
All shipments include trackable service ; tracking Details are sent when your order shisFor security, adult signature required (or signature on delivery) is applied to high-value shipments. Please ensure someone is available to sign when the package arrives. Carriers may offer ID checks on delivery for high-value items.
6. Customs, duties & taxes (International orders)
Prices do not include custom duty Orders outside India are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Import duties, by whatever name called, are subject to laws of the respective jurisdiction and you would be required to pay such taxes/levies/duties, as applicable as per the laws of the place of delivery. 7. Delivery issues, lost or damaged shipments
Please inspect your package at delivery. If the parcel appears tampered with or the item is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For accepted deliveries that arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist with a carrier claim.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us right away — we will open an investigation with the carrier. Claims and investigations can take time; we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
8.Address changes & PO boxes
Please provide a complete, correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a shipment once it’s with the carrier in most cases. If you need to change the address before dispatch, contact us immediately.
9. Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled under our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy (see [Returns Policy link on website]). Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be at the customer’s cost unless otherwise specified. For damaged or incorrect items we will cover return shipping or arrange carrier pickup.
10. Holidays & force majeure
Shipping and delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, carrier strikes, extreme weather or other unforeseen events. Vrudev Jewels is not responsible for carrier delays caused by such events.

Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹35,000.
Customers eligible for free standard shipping can opt for express shipping by paying only the difference in shipping cost.
